#1 Meditation

I usually sit up and mediate on my bed as I wake up. Appreciating that I manage to wake up on time, having enough sleep and rest. Imagine how smooth my day would be today with all my task being completed and ticked off from my journal!


#2 Stretch out

Yoga, workout, running in the morning simply allows my body to feel energetic and ready to start of the day. Sweating helps me to feel relaxing so much.

However, you can stretch out in the evening or the time you prefer, as long as you sweat them out and I'm sure to will like the feeling after sweat. 😉


#3 Healthy breakfast

What I'm waiting for every morning is a delicious breakfast to boost up my mood and kick off my day! No doubt I'm waiting for it every morning. 

🍶Overnight oats with fruits is one of my favorite, easy and fast.

☕A cup of coffee with some biscuits is also great enough to make me feel good. 


#4 Plan your day ahead

I use journal to plan my day ahead every night. Listing down what I would like to complete the next day and how much progress I would like to achieve during the day.

It's useful as I won't wake up with no direction. Everyday, I wake up with task to complete and achieve, making my everyday counts.


#5 Stay hydrated

Had the most important glass of refreshing water when you wake up. It's important to replenish our body after a long night of sleep, lacking of water.

Lemon water can be replaced if you feel plain water is too tasteless.

0630- 0645     Meditate on bed, brushing up

0645- 0715      Reading and reviewing journal

0715- 0800     Exercise (Jog/ Workout) OR revision study

0800- 0830    Rest and refreshing with cold bath

0830- 0900    BREAKFAST

0900- 1230     Work

1230- 1330      Lunch
