Different kind of basque coffee burnt cheesecake

Basque Burnt cheesecake has been on the trendy awhile, hopefully I'm not too late to share you about my kind of different Basque Coffee Burnt cheesecake. 

Basque Burnt cheesecake is one of the easy baking cake recipe and only requires a few ingredients to prepare. What are you waiting for? Grab the ingredients, follow me and start off right now! Let's GO!

Ingredients:
- 7 pieces of digestive biscuit (around 100g)
- 40g butter
- 2 eggs and 1 egg yolks
- 10g flour
- 60g sugar
- 170g whipping cream 
- 250g cream cheese
- Coffee syrup

Steps:
1. Crush all the digestive biscuits in a bowl and add on melted 40g of butter. 
2. Mixed on well for both mixture and add them into a 8 inch round baking pan. Lay on a baking paper at the bottom of the pan to allow easy removing when the cake is done.

3. Evenly flatten the mixed crush and butter in the pan and make it compact before cooling in the fridge.
4. Heat the 250g cream cheese in the hot water with a bowl and mix well with 60g of sugar. (low heating power to prevent the scorch of the cheese). Remove from heat once the cream cheese is melt and mixed well with the sugar. 
5. Add on 2 eggs and 1 egg yolks separately into the mixed cream cheese while mixing the it well. 
6. After mixing well, add on 10g of sieved flour and mix them well. Sieve it again for a smoother texture mixture. 
7. Prepare the whipping cream by biting up 170g of it until having a creamy semi-solid texture. 
8. Slowly and separately add on the sieved mixture. Mix them well.
9. Take 1/3 of the well mix mixture out and put a side. You can add on 3-4 teaspoons of coffee syrup on the 1/3 or 2/3 mixture or both depends on the flavor you want.
10. Here is mixed 3 teaspoons of the coffee syrup into 2/3 of the mixture. 
11. Preheat the oven for 200 degree celsius for 5 minutes.
12. Take out the baking pan with crushed biscuit in the fridge which you had cool it just now, add on the mixture into the pan. Add on the coffee mixture into the pan and allow it to settle down well before adding the 1/3 cream cheese mixture. 
13. You may add the cream cheese mixture first before the coffee mixture. Depending on your option. 
14.  Finally, use a stick and carefully mix some drawing pattern to allow some blending of the cream and coffee mixture.
15. Send it into the oven and heat it fro 20 minutes at 200 degree celsius.

16. Allow the cake to cool down before sending it off to the fridge for cooling before serve.

After cooling look. The inner part will deep into the cake.
