BIG SUCCESS ALWAYS STARTS WITH BABY STEPS HABITS #1 Meditation I usually sit up and mediate on my bed as I wake up. Appreciating that I manage to wake up on time, having enough sleep and rest. Imagine how smooth my day would be today with all my task being completed and ticked off from my journal! #2 Stretch out Yoga, workout, running in the morning simply allows my body to feel energetic and ready to start of the day. Sweating helps me to feel relaxing so much. Working space desk decluttering and keeping neat

It's been awhile I clean and tidy my working space. As I came back from home after work, I did just place my bag on my desk and leave to the dinning area. Thus, my working desk is slowly accumulating waste and misplacing items on the desk.  Previously I usually spend time on my desk after dinner watching some videos in YouTube, or read some interesting articles. However, I started to depends more on phone when my desk starts to be overloaded with stuffs. I would only work on my desk unless when necessary on sending email, beside that I would be surveying by phone if possible.  Soon, I found out my mood did really get disturb a little when I sees my messy desk which is full of items. I get frustrated seeing messy working space. Thus, it's time to stop the messy habits and start cleaning.  I have been practicing on being minimal on my stuffs around my working space. Healthy Easy Oat Cookies

I've been controlling my diet recently, however I literally can't control myself over SNACKS! Same as you too? I love exercising my mouth with food every time 😆 And so I came across this healthy easy oat cookies! Healthy snacks for my own self. Easy-peasy cookies that could be complete within 30 minutes!  Simple and cheap ingredients: - 2 ripe bananas - 250g of oats - 85g of peanut butter  - 45g of chocolate chips - 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract  Steps: 1. Mash the ripe bananas and mix it well with the 85g of peanut butter and 1/2 teaspoon of the vanilla extract. 2. After mixing well, add on the oats and chocolate chips into it. Mix them well again. 3. Preheat the oven at 180 degree celsius. 4. Shape the cookies and put them on the baking paper on the tray. 5. You may use your creativity and shape them into interesting and cute shape. 6. Send the tray which is full of cookies into the oven and heat for 10-12 minutes at 180 degree celsius. C

Basque Burnt cheesecake has been on the trendy awhile, hopefully I'm not too late to share you about my kind of different Basque Coffee Burnt cheesecake.  Basque Burnt cheesecake is one of the easy baking cake recipe and only requires a few ingredients to prepare. Ingredients: - 7 pieces of digestive biscuit (around 100g) - 40g butter - 2 eggs and 1 egg yolks - 10g flour - 60g sugar - 170g whipping cream  - 250g cream cheese - Coffee syrup Steps: 1. Crush all the digestive biscuits in a bowl and add on melted 40g of butter.  2. Mixed on well for both mixture and add them into a 8 inch round baking pan. It's was the end of 2019 when I came into the word minimalist through YouTube. There's a lot of minimalist video and they just literally impressed me. Often we heard about what you can complete, done and change your life in 1 minute. However, the 5 second rule is something powerful enough to change your life too. I came across this incredible book on one lazy afternoon when I don't feel like doing anything but beside was a pile of knowledge waiting me to master them. 5 seconds is literally so powerful, don't underestimate it. It was around mid October 2019 when my friends and I finally bought our tickets to Bangkok with a promotion price at around MYR300+ for round trip. Our departure date was on mid January 2020. Kinda exciting trip with a brunch of mates together. 5 days 4 nights Bkk trip was kinda full and fun trip. Here are some tips that are useful for you if you are planning your trip to Thailand. 1. Get yourself a sim card before travelling. We purchased online though Lazada platform with a reasonable price. Remember to get prepared if you don't want to pay for a double price sim card over there. 2. Prepare a pen for immigration A handy pen would help you to save up your time as you can fill up the arrival card to submit in the Thai custom an hour before you land in Bkk.
